Founded in memory of Crystal Lee Johnson, we exist to support young people and families in South West Victoria, impacted by cancer or loss.
The Crystal Lee Foundation
Having lived through the cancer journey and loss of our daughter, we understand how devastating, and overwhelming it is for families like ours, especially with the additional burden of being regionally located.
We cannot prevent young people and families from experiencing cancer or loss, but the Foundation can offer practical, financial and emotional support that makes it easier to manage.

About the FoundationLocal Support for Young People & Families
We operate throughout South West Victoria to be there for young people and families through cancer or loss.
Family Support
The Family Support Program is a free service for young people (under 24) and their families from South West Victoria impacted by cancer. It offers practical, financial and emotional support to ease the burden on families.

Crystal’s Story
Crystal Lee Johnson was a teenager from Port Fairy, full of warmth, energy and life. In December 2015, her life — and her family’s — was turned upside down by one word: cancer.
Before she passed in January 2019, Crystal talked with her parents about the idea of a foundation, wanting to leave something behind to help others. The Crystal Lee Foundation is that promise, fulfilled.
